Having outgrown their premises, Y International commissioned a purpose-built facility in which to house their new office and warehouse. The client wanted a luxury, high end look, incorporating the latest technology.

Design was kept to a sophisticated, neutral colour palette, using lots of natural materials such as wood and marble. Manifestations on the glass walls give a nod to the Middle Eastern heritage. High end furniture was used throughout, and ergonomic sit-stand desks incorporated to improve employee well-being.
